1. Overview

StickerHub.site operates a promoter and affiliate program that allows individuals and businesses (“Promoters”) to earn commissions by referring customers to websites within the StickerHub network.

StickerHub.site acts as the central dashboard and tracking platform for all promoters participating in the program. Promoters may be assigned to promote one or multiple websites within the StickerHub network, depending on their niche, audience, or promotional agreement.

All tracking, reporting, and payouts are managed through StickerHub.site.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the StickerHub Promoter Program you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain a valid payment method
  • Comply with these terms and all applicable laws

StickerHub reserves the right to approve or reject promoter applications.

3. Promoter Dashboard

All promoters must maintain an account on stickerhub.site.

The promoter dashboard allows users to:

  • Access referral links
  • View assigned websites and campaigns
  • Track clicks and sales
  • Monitor commissions
  • Manage payout information

Promoters are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Website Assignments

StickerHub operates multiple websites selling different products and serving different niche markets.

Promoters may be assigned to promote:

  • Specific websites
  • Specific products
  • Specific niche campaigns

Promoters must only promote the websites or campaigns assigned to them in their dashboard unless otherwise authorized. This structure helps ensure promotions remain relevant to the promoter’s audience and niche.

5. Commission Structure

Commission rates vary depending on:

  • The website being promoted
  • The product category
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Negotiated agreements

Typical commission ranges may vary depending on the campaign. StickerHub reserves the right to modify commission rates, introduce bonuses, or create limited promotional campaigns.

6. Tracking & Attribution

Sales are tracked using StickerHub’s internal tracking system. Tracking may include:

  • Referral links
  • Promoter codes
  • Cookies or internal identifiers

A commission is credited when a purchase is successfully attributed to a promoter’s referral activity. If tracking is blocked by browser settings, ad blockers, or privacy tools, attribution may not always be possible.

7. Payment Terms

Promoters are paid through:

  • PayPal
  • ACH bank transfer

Payment conditions:

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
  • Payment cycle: monthly
  • Payments issued approximately 15–30 days after the end of the payout period

Promoters are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate. StickerHub is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information.

8. Refunds and Order Adjustments

Commissions are paid only on completed and valid transactions. If an order is:

  • Refunded
  • Cancelled
  • Disputed or charged back

the related commission may be removed or adjusted.

9. Promotional Guidelines

Promoters may promote StickerHub websites using:

  • Social media
  • Websites or blogs
  • Email marketing
  • Influencer content
  • Approved advertising campaigns

Promoters may not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Make misleading product claims
  • Impersonate StickerHub brands
  • Misuse trademarks without permission
  • Generate fake or fraudulent orders

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or removal from the program.

10. Fraud Prevention

StickerHub actively monitors referral activity. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Fake purchases
  • Self-referrals intended to abuse commissions
  • Automated traffic or bots
  • Manipulation of tracking systems

Fraudulent commissions will be voided and accounts may be permanently removed.

11. Program Modifications

StickerHub reserves the right to modify:

  • Commission rates
  • Payout thresholds
  • Campaign assignments
  • Program structure

Changes may occur at any time as the network evolves.

12. Termination

StickerHub may suspend or terminate promoter accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misuse of brand assets
  • Abusive marketing practices

Promoters may also leave the program at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

StickerHub is not responsible for:

  • Tracking interruptions
  • Third-party service outages
  • Browser or device tracking limitations
  • External platform restrictions
